I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Everything is handled with experience, skill and consideration.
