I tried to to set up an appointment , which I did for 6/14 as a new patient with a chipped tooth. I sent them my xrays through email a week before the appointment. I arrive at 2pm and they dont have me down or even in system despite sending them my xrays...no appointment! I go home try to call them to find out what happened and wait for 15 minutes before someone picksup. I ask them what happened and im sorta angry and ask why should I make a new appointment seeing as they botched this one...I expected some sort of appology instead im told well thats YOUR opinion that it was botched?? She tells me shes trying to help me with an appointment that I shouldnt be rude!!!! I tell her i was trying to help her after all this is HER business and unfortunately she lost two well insured customers my wife and I.. Avoid this place like the plague

its the worst .. full of germs .. they hire the the worst dentists .. when you walk in the door they see dolllar signs .. long waits even with appointments .. they try but fall short of delivering . they are looking down the road instead of what they should me looking out right in front of them . dentists are hurried and rushed with back ups. do yourself a good deed go some where else and save yourself some pain ..

Poor service all the way around. Be careful to get procedures and out-of-pocket expenditures explained to you upfront BEFORE they sock you with their bill. 300 dollars for less than 15 minutes of unneeded periodontal work? Ooh would love to have that job. Terrible.

I was in the exam chair three minutes before my appointment time. Bobbi was great with my xrays (gag issues). Easiest xrays I have ever done. Dr. Cisar has a great chairside manner and is cognizant of patient needs rather then profit, avoiding a root canal. I have seen Dr. Fromkin in the past at this office and was equally satisfied. Nice office staff, too.

On hold for 16 min just to try to make an appointment, I was then told it's Monday...I still don't know how that was my problem.
The manager was to call me back but never did. Office staff is 50% of patient care...they are lacking. Needless to say I didn't make the appointment and I'm looking for a new Dentist.

Who can do your cleaning less then for 5 min ? Winner of this competition EASTERN DEENTAL OF TOMS RIVER!!!!! What they name cleaning is just polishing of your teeth - looks to me like joke Stuff not friendly they you seating in a chair and they loud discuss they own problems you also can hear all problems and needs what other patient has because this dental office has only open spaces nor real rooms and it's broken HIPAA regulations
I am not going back to this office and if any other dentist accept your insurance I recommend you try them but not Eastern Dental Of Toms River you can trust me I have 20 years experience doing dental billing This office you can't trust!!!!!!!!!
