Dr. G's office should be 5 stars or more. I recently had a front tooth implant and Dr. G., with the interaction with my oral surgeon, gave me something to smile about. In fact, there were tears of joy! Very professional and a relaxed atmosphere. They are the best!

This practice should be called the "EXTORTION DENTAL ASSOCIATES."
I had to cancel my appointment about two years ago, (which I did, and have witnesses ) because I had to take my brother in law to his chemo. Months later they said I never cancelled my appointment and were going to charge me a full office visit plus cancellation fee. We went back and forth for months, and after she threatened me with collections (Via extortion) we agreed on 80.00. Fast forward one year and I get a call saying she never agreed to 80.00 and now they want the full fee plus interest, for a total of 184.44. Is that insane?

I've been coming to this office for years and was comfortable enough bringing my young daughter. We are both very satisfied with the service. There is minimal wait time and the one time we had an emergency, they found time immediately. I find the staff to be courteous and professional.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I have been going to Dr. Gignac's office since he started out at a smaller office. He and wife, Sue, were the only employees at that time. My entire family (2 adults, 2 kids) always went to Dr. G. His office has since grown to an assistant, 2 office people and several hygienists. I trust and value Dr. Gignac's advice and always enjoy going to the office. They have more magazines than any other office i've ever been in for any reason and a
patient tv set for a channel all could enjoy. They call you before your appointment to make sure you have not forgotten and always do what you need. They truly have the patient's best interest at heart.

Not at all, it felt dirtier than it did when I arrived

Not at all, they fell off almost as soon as I walked out the door

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Definitely! I could hardly stand to be in the room

Yes, I was in agony!
