I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
