They didn't verify what my insurance covered and charged me for a procedure that they shouldn't have performed. The other dentists I've been to knew every time I was in their office exactly what my insurance covered. They didn't say "that's your responsibility, we have 8,000 patients we don't know what everyone's insurance covers". Isn't that the dentist/office responsibility to verify coverage? I don't understand how they can be so unprofessional! I will not be referring this dentist to all soccer moms and co-workers!

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.
