Horrible experience. I got a tooth extracted, I was in excruciating pain for 3 weeks. The pain meds they gave me did not work. The dentist also damaged the tooth next to the tooth being extracted. The staff is very uncaring and unprofessional. You have to sit there for over an hour before they call you in, even though your appointment was at a set time, you still wait. I will not go back ever!

I have been going there for years. They have new office staff which are RUDE .....The things they were saying behind the patients backs were horrible.. Was told I have to 3 to 4 weeks to get my dental problem fixed. There solution is to just keep taking pain killers for a month... The waiting room was horrible. Food all over the floors and the wait was forever. If you asked someone behind the window they were out right nasty to you. Guess they got upset because I interrupted there computer games

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome, since the change in front desk staff AGAIN!! I noticed a change in everyone at the front desk the newer person was even rude on the phone. I miss the old manager, she was always smiling and made my kids feel special! I'm looking somewhere else now. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
