He's a great Dentist and his prices are reasonable. The staff is great and I should mention his associate Dr Tanen. He also is great.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it.

I had two molars on my lower jaw on the left side surgically (split) removed because they were broken down to the gum line. They were very considerate when it came time to remove them and I felt a little more than pressure, they stopped immediately and gave another shot of novacaine, after that, no pain at all.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
