Our family have gone to Dr. Cheng over the years, he used to be in Newark in the past. Over the years while in Millburn we stopped going because his staff was so very rude. I think thats the only issue I have with his office. Otherwise I always felt he was a good dentist.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

No, I told them I wasn't comfortable, but they didn't respond

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Time for me to find a new dentist. I used Dr Cheng for several years and always thought he was generally OK. However, recently my wife pointed out to me just how many times I had to get my caps reglued on because they came off while I was eating. This made me really step back and think hard about all of the care I was given at his office over they years. To be honest, I wouldn't recommend him to another family member. He seems to eager to provide optional services, and I also think he lacks in his attention to detail. I guess its time to move on.

I've been seeing Dr. Cheng for over 10 years. The initial visits were busy and my teeth needed a lot of work that was done over the course of two years. The last 8 years were for maintenance only. Cleanings every 6 months and deep cleanings every 2 years that he does himself. His checkups are very thorough as he examines each tooth and records his findings in my records to use in comparison on a future visit. He respects his appointment times and I rarely wait for more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. My teeth and gums are healthy with no sensitivity and I'll continue to see Dr. Cheng so they stay that way.
