I have been going to this office for some time they are very friendly and staff is very friendly and always discusses and plans needed for dental care.I have never had a complaint with his work.

I have been going to Dr. Duca for years and I enjoy going to him. His staff is very friendly and the office itself is very tidy & clean. I would reccommend Dr. Duca to anyone in my family and friends

Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need?
No, it seems like they care about money more than me

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Yes.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, there was no annoying music
Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth?
Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

This was the most umprofessional office I have ever been to. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. The office staff and Dr. Duca himself were rude, unprofessional, uncaring and downright nasty. Perhaps a diversion so you don't realize he has no idea what he is doing!
