As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes, I was able to rinse

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
