Paid up front &966 to have upper denture made. 5 Month's .many visit's.2 denture's made wrong. Had to have another dentist make a denture that fit.Dr. Liebes refuses to refund my money! I'm a senior on limited income S S. He should be ashamed of himself.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not really, they've recommended a few things I don't need

I went to see Dr. Liebes for an emergency appointment on Saturday, Jan. 5th?? because I had so much pain in one of my front teeth. Dr. Liebes only checked the tooth by blowing cold air on the tooth, he did not check to see if the tooth was loose or worth saving.While Dr. Liebes was doing the root canal I had so much pain in the lower right molar from the water that they use during drilling that he had to turn the water off. He started an emergency root canal on the tooth and when he was done that day he charged me $650.00.
Now Dr. Liebes knows that I am disabled and on disability and on a fixed income and his office staff always lets me make payments on my dental work.
Three days later the molar on the lower right side that had hurt so bad on Saturday while Dr. Liebes was doing the root canal hurt so bad that I needed to see a dentist. Being a Disabled American Veteran I went to Lyons VA Hospital and saw the Chief of the Dental Clinic at the hospital. He told me that they would try to save the molar being it was the tooth that my partial hooked onto; then I told him about the emergency root canal the previous Saturday. He started to check the rest of my teeth and when he got to the front tooth that Dr. Liebes had root canaled and charged me $650.00 dollars for, he started to wiggle the tooth with his fingers. He told me that the tooth never should have been root canaled, that it should have just been pulled and a tooth could have been added to my partial for a lot less than what Dr. Liebes had charged for the root canal.
I called Dr. Liebes the when I got home from the VA and left him a message explaining what the Chief Doctor at the VA hospital had told me and basically told him that he had ripped me off. And Dr. Liebes never responded to my message, He never offered to refund at least a portion of my money or anything, not even an apology for putting me through this.
I think he should have refunded all of my money with an apology for screwing up on my dental work. Now I am in pain every time I brush my teeth while I wait to get another appointment with the VA.
Above all Dr. Liebes knows I am a widow trying to raise two kids, one of which is in college, and he really should not have ripped me off.

Dr. Liebes has been our family dentist for 2 years. I recently had to call Dr. Liebes for an emergency on a Sunday morning. Dr. Liebes couldn't have been nicer. He took time away from his family to come to the office and see me. Thank you!!
