This dentist's office used to be pretty good. Its become a ramshackle operation. They do things and redo things because of their recent sloppiness, and the forget that they are not supposed to charge you although they tell you they won't it will show up in a bill. I am looking to change my dentist not because of the people but rather because of the increasing slop and therefore the increasing costs.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The staff really knows what they're doing, and are always pleasant and helpful. . It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Their staff is very friendly and professional and also they speak Spanish.
The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not for nothing they call him "The Painless Dentist!!"

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here.
