I don't much care for the prepopulated narrative generated from the question answers I so deleted that and added my own. Dr. Krause is my second dentist. My first dentist in my home town was exceptional and I hated to stop using him but I moved away from that area and it was just too far to travel. On the blind, I made an appointment with Dr. Krause and continue to use his services. I have been going to Dr. Krause at least the past ten years and have no regrets. I find the service I get with Dr. Krause on par with my previous dentist and I am very satisfied. Frankly I am thrilled that I was lucky enough to have found him. I have and would again recommend him to others. My child goes to see him - enough said.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Probably the poorest encounter I've ever had with a medical professional. I honestly do not understand how Dr. Kraus received such high praise from the other reviewers. This was my first appointment since I switched dentists and based on today, I will not be coming back. 2 vital qualities in any career that involves working with people are humor and empathy and it seems that Kraus lacks both. The "office" itself looks like something out of a post-apocalyptic films medical bunker. Just a row of intimidating dentistry seats, separated with plastic dividers. Despite many attempts to be polite and social to him, Kraus spoke very little and what he did say was curt and unwelcoming. I left the office in pain and livid. It is my utmost hope that this review reaches Dr. Kraus's office and that he takes into account what an awful dentist he is. If his practice is regularly of this quality, I would question whether or not he is still qualified to work in his field. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone and I dislike this man on a cellular level.
