Do not entrust your family to this practice. The staff is extremely rude and the dentists/ortho are obnoxious and arrogant. We have had numerous misfits, painful encounters and nasty attitudes displayed by the staff.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Dr.Rand is all about money and quantity.Low quality of his job .I'll Never go there again!!!

I am a very nervous patient with a fear of the dentist. I explained this to the front desk upon making my appointment and was assured Dr. Elliot Rand would be wonderful. At my first appointment I was very surprised to see I would be seeing the dental hygenist for the appointment. When I expressed my concern and fear the hygenist told me try calming down and was rather annoyed with my obvious nervousness. She appeared fustrated over taking x-rays and then I heard her talking about me with another employee in the hallway. I found that extremely unprofessional. I am aware that I am the person with the fear, but truly thought the office staff would be understanding yet I received the opposite care. When Dr. Rand did come in, it was obvious I was crying, he checked the work the hygenist did and the visit was over. I have tears and he didn't even ask how his patient was. I hope to find a dentist who will help a pateint overcome the fear of the dentist but it is obviously not at Rand Dental.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
