I had another amazing experience at Apple Dentistry due to
Dr. Arefian, Wendy, and Irina, they are the best! Always kind, efficient, and professional. As a patient of Apple Dentistry for over 10 years I would not go anywhere else. Thank you again!

I thought the people were nice but I wouldn't recommend going here for anything other than getting your teeth cleaned. I had to have extensive work and after my wisdom teeth and all of my top teeth were removed the dentures they made were not even close to fitting my mouth.
They did nothing to fix the problem and told me to call somebody else to get it fixed. Two years later I still have no teeth and some of the ones I paid for to have removed on the bottom were never removed.
Don't go here for anything major.

I was a patient of Apple Dentistry for 6 years. Dentists were good at treating me, however, they did not detect a problem with the 3rd tooth. As a result, the tooth badly decayed and fractured. As a result, I have to move on with an extraction and bridge. The receptionist Wendy needs to work on her customer service. The staff stopped being friendly with me after I lost the insurance and when things went badly wrong with the 3rd tooth.

Wonderful dentist and the assistants are so friendly. Too bad the receptionist isn't very good at customer service. Told me I was in network, did some work then got my statement of explanation from my insurance and it turns out my insurance is out of network. Called to cancel and she wouldn't let me get a word in when I told her I'm out of network. Kept saying that she doesn't see any where that I'm out of network about 10 times. Eventually, I had to be mean and told her that I'm not lying and I'm not sure what happened. She then said, "you know what, you know what, Bye." Awesome! Instead of working it out as is part of her job she completely hung up on me. I call that a grumpy, old woman. What a shame. Hope they get another receptionist, maybe someone that knows what their doing!

The dentist was very professional and really nice, as well as, her assistant. However, the reason for my 2 stars and negative review is because Wendy is the worst receptionist I have ever encountered. She needs to take a customer service course. Her phone manners are as horrible as her organizational skills. Every time I came to the office, she could never find my file. She was extremely rude. I will not return to this office just because of her.

This business is registered under Bernice A. Leschinsky, D.M.D., but your dentist will be someone else, usually someone who's just come out of residency. Last time I was there, I complained to the dentist that I had a gap between my teeth and food was getting stuck in it. She advised me the dentist who performed the last procedure messed up, then I advised her that she was the one whom performed the procedure. She then explained that it would cost extra to fix. Then when the bill came, they tried to charge me additional fees which the insurance refused to pay. Now why would I pay them when my insurance negotiates the pricing and agreed to pay at a specified rate, and when my insurance indicates that my responsibility was zero. I recommend staying away from this place. If they don't mess your teeth up, they will try and screw you with the billing.
