I felt very I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry.

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.
