I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Dr Fernandez has excellent bedside manor and is patient and understand when my nerves start up. His office staff is very polite and helpful. i have never had him run late. And i have never had to wait in the waiting room more than 5 mins.

The only one complaint I have is they are hard to get a hold of. I owe a copay and I have been calling and stopping by the office for 2 weeks and have yet to catch a time when the office isn't closed.
