I feel like I'm at home in Dr Sauchelli's office. She and her staff are so kind and thorough. I actually look forward to going every 6 months.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
