They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. The Dr is very gentle and patient. all of the processures i had done with this dentist was pain free. I would recommend dentist 100% to all my friends and family

I have been a long time patient since I was just a little girl at Family Dental Group. My whole family and I have had nothing but great experiences at this clean office and enjoy going to our appointments. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Dr. Alan Jacob has helped out my younger sibling with her fear of the dentist and we are grateful for his patience and for being so caring and sincere. Both dentists are truly wonderful and will do anything to accommodate their patients.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. Both Dr. Jacob and his son Alan are extremely competent and meticulous dentists, who are highly professional yet very personally concerned with each patient. I think they are both excellent dentists and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best dentistry available.

Im normally not inclined to ever write a review, but i was overwhelmed with my positive dental experience i felt inclined to do so. I recently had some pain and needed to see a dentist, i called family dental group in belleville where i was able to obtain a appoinment with relative ease, the front staff was kind and professional. When i got to meet Dr. Alan Jacob, he assured me i would be ok, no pain, and he could ease my mind. I have met many dentists in my day, but none as confident and effecient as Dr. Jacob. The proceduere was as he said it would be, "Pain Free." I feel great today, and i just wanted to acknowledge Dr. Jacob and his staff for the great work. In the future, i know where i will be going when i need to see the dentist. I would suggest A Family Dental Group to anyone who asks. FIVE STAR SERVICE

My family has been going to Family Dental for over 10 years. The staff is very courteous, professional and friendly. The dentists have always been extremely supportive and sensitive to my dental issues and helped me figure out a treatment plan despite my financially dificulty times.

I highly recommend Family Dental Group to everyone.
