I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. They were way too rough while they were flossing my teeth. My gums bled for days. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
Yes, I was completely at ease
Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed?
Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied
