It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for my son to take home. I was somewhat uneasy during my son'sappointment. He had an 11:00 AM appointment and apparently eveyone else there (5 other patients) were also scheduled for the same time. There was an upset mother who had to return to work, had an appointment and got bumped and the only suggestion was for her to re-book. I had to wait 45 minutes past my sons appointment and was late to work. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored, Especially after all the chaos going on around.
