Do not waste you're time or money at this place. This is by far the worse dentist office around. I went here @ the end of Dec 2014. I waited 20 minutes before i was even called back. The girl taking my vitals and putting my info in while in the exam room was there simply for a job. Could care less just a blah attitude all around. I then waited another 45 minutes for even the dentist to come in. When shes in there she spent all of 10 min. It went like this. I opened my mouth she quickly shined a blue light in there. 2seconds later she says thats fine. She then picks up her insterments. Starts going quickly tooth by tooth sayimg numbers from 1-4. At this point a man who works there is standing there waiting to interrupt my appointment. The dentist finishes my teeth and turns to ask him what he wants. He says mrs. So and so has been waiting for you and says shes leaving if she has to wait any longer. The dentist says ok well guess shes leaving. She then quickly starts talking about my front teeth and what she would do with them. I would have looked like a Beaver. I was trying to tell her that when that man came back again and says she just walked out and left. At that point the dentist said i was done. All in all i paid 146 for less than 10min of interrupted time from a dentist who quoted me almost 7 thousand dollars worth of work. I dont think so!!!!! I went on the hunt for a fabulous dentist again. After reading several on line reviews and looking into places my search came to an end when i found dentist Laurie Rosato DMD of 6 loudon rd concord nh. Laurie, her staff and her practice are amazing. You will never be treated as a number or money here. Laurie takes the time to go over each tooth and address each and every concern you have. She has great bedside manner. I have never had a filling done with little to no pain. When you find someone who genuinely cares about what they do that is your forever. Laurie is my forever dentist. Do yourself a favor and give her office a call at 603 228 9276 her office manager Jenna is great and will go out of her way to help you. The prices are extremely fair and well priced here. Not having dental insurance i paid 95 for my exam consult and treatment plan. I was quoted 3k for the work i needed. Give her a try you wont be disappointed. Avoid gwntal dental PA in tilton nh!!!!

I will never, ever go back there again! I was told I needed a root canal, so I trusted my dentist. I was sent to Concord to have the actual root canal done and the dentist there was awesome and I had little to no pain through the procedure. I went back to Gentle Dental to have the permanent filling put in and she broke my tooth!!!! I don't know if she realized that or not, but when she started filling it I felt something give. That's the best way I can describe it. She said it was just "pressure". After that I was in excruciating pain! She didn't seem to care or even offer me more local anesthetic. I was in that chair for over an hour and was told it would be a quick appointment. When they finally sat me up I almost fainted. She didn't care, she walked out of the room. Her assistant sat with me until I thought I was ok to drive. My tooth was throbbing and it started to bleed. I got an appointment right off with Winnisquam Dental and was told my tooth had been broken and would need to be removed. I KNEW she broke it because I shouldn't have been in that kind of pain. Being around the holidays I've been unable to make that appointment for removal so I have suffered all these weeks. It still bleeds every day and I can't eat on that side of my mouth! I take over the counter medicine every 6hrs for the pain. My son goes there as well and had a similar experience with her. I'm so angry, not just for her breaking my tooth, or ALL the money I'd already spent on it (over 1K), but her total lack of compassion that I was in so much pain! For a procedure that was suppose to be quick, easy and painless wouldn't you think she would've stopped to investigate why? Obviously she just didn't care. If she was the only Dentist in the world I would have no dentist.
