Dr. Etzelmiller treats the staff with great much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I have already referred my friends and family here. Dr. Etzelmiller was great and I think more people should know about him. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I felt after treatment. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the practice of dentistry. The location is convenient, the office comfortable, and I enjoyed my visit to this office.

Dr. Etzelmiller is horrible. He billed my insurance company for procedures that I didn't have completed. He then turned these over to a collection agency where they've seen fit to sue me for the 4;procedures". Dr. Etzelmiller's previous receptionist did the same thing w/ the insurance companies & kept the $ for herself & boyfriend & took a trip to Denmark. Dr. Etzelmiller is more interested in padding his expenses for "procedures" than actually practicing dentistry. This practice has gone on for years. We were patients of his but were "fired" as my daughter was 5 minutes late to an appointment. Since then neither myself or children or parent's are patients of Dr. Etzelmiller's. He is a petty, stupid, horrible dentist. He also left his wife & children, got another receptionist pregnant & is living w/ her (not the one who stole the $, she was indicted). He's a fraud & idiot.
