There was no one there to greet me when I arrived. After waiting a half hour in the waiting room the receptionist or assitant had to approve my insurance with the dentist at which he was throwing things and yelling Im going to f@@ing Kill her and saying I needed to be rescheduled. I left there and will never go back

Not at all, it felt dirtier than it did when I arrived

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Somewhat. It was a little excessive.
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
