I have been looking for a dentist for a while, and I couldn't be happier to find Dr. Garro! He has helped me get back on track with everything. My New Year's resolution was to get more involved with my physical health. I hadn't seen a dentist in years, but Dr. Garro made me feel at ease and helped me with a few teeth that needed help. Also, he works directly with his patients and answered all of my questions- and I had a lot of questions! I would definitely recommend him to anybody!

I had a root canal with this dentist. It was my first time having a root canal and I was very nervous. He did a great job at making me feel more calm and answering all of my questions. I will definitely be going back to the office and be bringing my family, too!

This office is just out to get money. Since I moved back in 2008, I trusted this dentist with my family. After receiving very unprofessional customer service by Tony, I decided not to trust a practice that works in our mouth, who's work while their doing it, can not be seen, will gladly take your money, but will talk to you like you don't exist. After switching dentist, my child's teeth was in the worst shape they have ever been. The new dentist had to go in a RE-DO what Dr. Garro did, and when I called the office, they made me feel as though it was my fault that the child's teeth wasn't cared for, when in actuality, they did work on the tooth within the last 6 months! There's no way it could decay in that short of span. I felt horrible even trusting my child around this dentist, and when things don't go their way, you will see a completely different side of them. I have heard of others complaining of being overcharged, and disregarding with little or no answers when they call to discuss their charges. One patient was billed for services they didn't receive!!! PLEASE WATCH YOUR STATEMENTS AND KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GETTING DONE TO YOUR TEETH, because his son (Tony) is a scam. He is the one who does the "billing" and he will bill you for services you did not receive. This is family operated, so beware of those sort of practices.This office will not work with you if you have a concern. It's your fault, not theirs....geesh, whatever happened to integrity? Whatever happened to customer service? This office derserves to be shut down.

The staff is nice enough and Dr. Garro is very reassuring and calming, but the teeth cleaning is kind of crazy. I have gone a couple of times and end up with the cleaning stuff all over my face. I've never had this happen before!

There is also opera music going in the background which is either cool or creepy..I can never decide.

But watch out when it's time for your 6 month appointment...I am pretty sure they left me a dozen messages, but I wasn't ready to schedule an appointment yet, so I never answered. That was kind of weird to me the amount of times they called.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

I received an ill-fitting crown and the dentist didn't listen to me when I explained the problems before I left the appointment. The crown fell off in about 1 month leaving my tooth painfully exposed. To top it all off, he is suing me for a balance of $175!!!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. He did a filing for me but now its more sensitive and when i went back to figure out why he said i am not GOD. He also made racist comments about GOD and who is GOD. I will not recommend his service to any one. I have been in many dental office but never weird like this one.
