I spend a little too much time in the waiting room.I had a crown applied which was not correct from the beginning. The build up for the crown was damaged by the Female Assistant that applied it. She had no sense of the gentle touch and applied excessive force until she finally cracked the buildup. The crown was no match in size, shape or color. Complaining about it has returned no results. I was in a little too much pain when I left my appointment. I feel like if they had been more careful I could've avoided being in that much pain. I was able to bear it, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. They are always polite ( a fake polite) but if the truth be known it is only a business nice and concern for the client s non existant. . They definitely pressured me to buy products. I had an x-ray that was taken just so the dentist could tell me what I already told him. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I also found that it is likely that the will bill the insurance for services that were not provided. I was billed for two x-rays when only one was taken. I have complained about the poor quality crowns for the last four years with no resolve. I found that the Office Manager only notates what she pleases in the records and not what is actually discussed . I also found that the office does not take responsibility for their mistakes.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
