This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. The receptionist is very rude and they wouldnt give us an option of a less inexpensive treatment. I would not recommend this Dentist to anyone. I was way overcharged and got a second opinion. I saved over $1,000 by going to a different dentist.

Dr. Drahota is a highly competent dentist, however his office staff was remiss in their duties -- they are lazy and indolent. They were responsible for sending documents and x-rays to my dental insurance company and they failed to do so. This resulted in my having to pay $400 for work done which insurance would have paid. Then, I was charged for a visit to Drahota's hygienist for teeth cleaning, a procedure that was never done. I repeatedly said that the hygienist cancelled my appointment, and yet I was still charged for the work. I refused to pay and spoke repeatedly with office billing staff, and yet, it went to collections and then to a court. The office staff for Drahota are totally incompetent and they make this great dentist look bad. You must be on top of these lazy people or your billing will be messed up. Tell Dr. Drahota he needs better staff. Otherwise, Drahota is an excellent dentist, superior to most in the country -- he just has the most incompetent, lazy office staff and unrighteous hygienist ever to work for a medical professional.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Great use of technology with a portable pen camera to show the problems to be corrected on a flat screen in each office and the ability to create crowns in 20 minutes with a laser guided computer controlled process on premise. Best dentist I've ever had.
