I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. This provider sometimes has promotions going on but only if you ask. You really have to look hard to find coupons. Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. They're always recommending an expensive procedure that I really don't think I need. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

This is hands down the best dental office I have ever been too. The staff is the best in North Carolina. The business itself is always clean, and has that feeling of being at home even though it is a dental office :) I would recommend this office to anyone who is in need of a dental cleaning or in pain. Complete Dental Care of Mebane has my top honors and I cant wait to go back for next visit!!

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I also love the receptionist Paulita she is so friendly and amazing. thanks

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
