The office location is VERY convenient to my workplace and Dr. Lehmann made for the easiest filling I've ever gotten. However, I was extremely disappointed in communication regarding insurance. It was never brought to my attention (or my husband who went on a separate day) that the office was not in network (never had that issue before). Perhaps they aren't in network with any insurance company? As someone who has worked in a medical office before, I ALWAYS made sure the patient knew up front if we were in-network or not. No surprises.

At my first visit I was told I needed to have a cavity filled (my husband got the same diagnosis) and if I was available the following week. I paid up front for both visits expecting to be completely reimbursed for the cleaning and to only have to pay a percentage of the filling. Got the EOB for the cleaning a few days AFTER the filling only to find out they weren't in network. All in all I probably got back a little less than half of the $600ish I paid out of pocket for both visits.

Seemed real "convenient" that the quick scheduling of our follow-up appointments made sure that we wouldn't receive the first EOBs in time to know we were about to get ripped off. Will find a new dentist for our next 6 month check up.

It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
