I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. My teeth cleaning felt very rushed. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean my teeth thoroughly. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks.

Not really, I was given a couple tips but not very many
