No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. They didn't do too much to welcome me, but maybe they were busy. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time.

Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
