They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. The Oral surgeon was not friendly at all,I feel like my surgery went badly,Been to the ER and another dentist to get help for infections and pain. None of my questions were answered,I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The nurses were nice.Music in office to loud.

My Seventeen old daughter, went to have 4 impacted wisdom teeth cut out and one other tooth pulled out. She was to be put completely asleep and was suppose not to be awake or feel any pain. She awoke right before he started pulling the bad tooth was panicking ,crying in horrible pain and could not breath well. She could not speak.

When they called me back she was crying eyes swollen from crying so long.I asked what was wrong. She stated Mom I felt it.I ask her was she sure she felt the tooth being pulled her reply was yes she was wide awake and alert as if she had no kind of sedation at all. When he came to us I asked him why she was awake and felt a tooth being pulled and in that kind of pain and duress, he had no answer. I told him I would never bring her back to his office again. He became nasty.I told him what I thought of him.

He is not friendly or did nothing to make my daughter feel at ease. She stated the nurses were nice but not Dr.Stigall.

On our first visit I was not impressed. I thought he was having a bad day. I would not recommend taking anyone to this oral surgeon,I'm in the process of reporting him. When she first went in that morning she was frighten of the surgery to begin with. She told him she did not want to be their, Who would? His nasty remark well fine I will go have a cup of coffee. When I confronted him he was very nasty and unprofessional with me,Any other Surgeon could have least said he was sorry it went badly. You have to keep in mind she was in a panic attack and could not breath or speak was holding on tightly to her pants and was wide awake getting a tooth pulled with and felt every bit of the pain,This is cruel. She described as like the movie Awake. He is very unprofessional has no compassion what so ever. I will be lucky if she will ever go back to the dentist after this ordeal. He should have least put her back to sleep or did something to help her. But this so called professional let her cry telling her to clam down and go through a panic attack and extreme pain.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The dentist was friendly enough. They weren't overly nice but I felt comfortable there. The music is way too loud and they need to work on the receptionist greeting space. There is no privacy.
