The staff is always nice and helpful. The staff that cleans your teeth are nice and work well with children. Dr. Gentry is good with adults but not as well with children. Seems to lose his patience with them. Told us that my child needed four teeth pulled before getting braces without consulting with orthodontist. Found out from orthodontist that no teeth needed pulling. Glad I did not listen to Gentry or my child would had to endure that unnecessary pain.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.
