I love Dr. Campbell and his staff..they are very knowledgeable in what they do and they are very friendly. I have a 1 year old son that accompanies me to my visits and the staff tries to keep him entertained while I am in the chair (and its not an easy job) I always feel bad that they have to keep an eye on him but they never say a word. Everyone there is just awesome..and thanks to Dr. Campbell I am no longer ashamed of my smile!

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They showed me a 3D model of how my teeth should look after the braces, so I have a good idea of what the results will be. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

Just please look elsewhere I would rather pay alot more for better service or even drive farther. The first appointment said it all. A broken bracket right after being seen the first day!!!
