They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

My appointment was an emergency. Dr. Rasenburger made sure I was comfortable and worked long after the office was closed to finish the procedure. Then called me 2 hours later to make sure I was doing fine. I can recommend him and his staff without reservation.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
