Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
