All this dentist wants to do is charge you upfront, out-of-pocket, for the most expense procedure he wants to do. The staff indicated he would take my insurance and got me to do x-rays and exam. He indicated he was out of network and my insurance was not going to pay anything. He would not even look at my coverage. It does pay. He argued with me and said he would not do anything that my insurance would pay for, - Just implants. I pay everything. Money, Money, and more Money

Dr. Riddle broke a file off in my jaw during a root canal, but didn't tell me what he had done until after he crowned it. He refuses to give me a refund, or pay for the surgery needed to have it removed. I paid him $2,000.00 for a root canal and a crown and my only relief is to have the tooth pulled.
He laughed and told me he had broken off two files in his mother's mouth - "no big deal." Also, he didn't give me enough novicaine and ZING when he started to drill.

This dentist broke a file off in my root canal and couldn't get it out. I went to another dentist because of pain/soreness. The 2nd dentist said I needed to go to an Endodontist because there is an open space under the file, so the file needs to come out. Dr. Riddle refuses to give me a refund (I paid about $2,000.00 to him) so that I can get it fixed. I have no insurance, and I don't have another 2K. I don't know what to do.
