Dr. Ward and his assistant, Melissa, were informative, thorough, patient and extremely gentle. I was very nervous about my first root canal and the fact I have a low tolerance for dental pain. Both Dr. Ward and Melissa took their time, put me at ease and allowed my experience to be virtually pain free. The office staff are also friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend any family or friend to Dr. Ward. Thank you for helping me!!

Didn't give enough instructions and left me in a room alone while being numb for 20 minutes without telling me I can spit in the sink or anything so I built up saliva for that long. uncomfortable..... Then the nurse didn't relay my preferences about to medication to Dr. Ward so I tried to call Dr. Ward to get the prescription changed and was told to screw myself in other words.
