I actually had a great experience there recently even though an inflamed root prevented Dr. Strickland from going very far in the root canal procedure. I plan to use them again in the future, but for now have decided to just go to an Endodontist for this root canal that is so difficult to handle.

But again, I really like Dr. Oliver's practice and especially Dr. Strickland. my experience with them so far has been extremely good.

The women at the desk were very nice, but Dr. Strickland was extremely rude. She didn't even smile at me when she came in to introduce herself. She rolled her eyes when she looked at my x ray. She looked at me as if I were disgusting for needing a tooth pulled. She referred me to another doctor and that was all. Making a patient feel insecure or embarrassed about their teeth is unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will never go back to this dentist.
