I was a patient a couple years back until I heard the office manager say to her employee that they were not there to please the customer, and the customer would adapt. Then I was treated and told if my crown happened to fall out again, she would not put it back in. More the customer has no say so I guess? My wife stayed a customer there and now her crown fell out and the office manager told her they would see her when they see her, and they do not follow ADA rules if they chose not to because they are a private practice and do not have to follow ADA rules unless they want to.

I had a great experience with Dr. Porter. I needed a cleaning and small filling, and when I called at 4:45 towards the end of their work day, they were able to get me in first thing the next morning, and perform the filling the same day. I was only there a total of 1.5 hours, and did not have to wait long at all to be seen. The hygienist and assistant were so friendly as well as Dr. Porter himself. They made my experience actually enjoyable (who says that about going to the dentist?!) and had a very clean facility. They were all very gentle and sure to answer and explain any questions I had. I am very pleased with them and am glad I listened to my husband when he recommended Dr. Porter's office! :)

Dr Porter came highly recommended by a friend when my dentist was no longer practicing. I have been very pleased with this office staff, their friendliness and professional manner. Dr Porter is quiet and not chatty but answers my questions in great detail and when I was concerned about an area, he was very comforting offering up a detailed explanation that I was very satisfied with and helped me to feel more comfortable.
