When infection developed in extraction site, I called Dr. Batchelor on Sunday. He dismissed my concerns, asked no questions and wouldn't allow me to fully explain my suymptoms. On Tuesday, I was very sick...running a fever, had a putrid discharge from the extraction site, was still in pain and hadn't been able to eat for 3 days due to nausea. I went to my primary care physician who gave me an anitbiotic injection and a course of antibiotics. When I returned to Dr Batchelor's office to have the stitch removed, he entered the room and said in a patronizing manner "So did you live?" He again explained that when food gets stuck in the cavity it causes a bad taste. I told him I was really sick and went to my primary care doctor and had been on antibiotics for a couple days. He replied, "Well, I hope you continue to improve -- keep the site clean." No apology, no concern for the symptoms he dismissed on Sunday, no apparent care about how I was feeling about the whole situation. I was sick in bed for 6 days. Six days I'lll never get back. I wish I had gone to see Dr Gene Glover. And I recommend him over Dr. Batchelor hands down.

I was so impressed with Dr Batchelor and his staff; they made my visit to have a tooth extraction so easy, and so relaxed during the whole time there. His staff are so friendly and professional acting; I felt like part of the family! Very warm and caring they were to me! I will certainly choose their services if I should ever need any teeth or gum surgery. Dr Batchelor is the best around! Thank you!

They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
