The first time I went to this office, the room was extremely cold. The dentist never introduced himself to me, and I had never met him before. I had to ask him if he was the dentist. He's the only dentist there, and had people in all 3 rooms each time I visited. My veterinarian doesn't even treat my pets like livestock.

The second time, the hygienist had her child in the room for 1/2 an hour before he left for preschool, he had a melt down and she had to leave me to take care of her child.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. They took my x-rays twice, not knowing they had been done on the previous recent visit.

I called to speak to the office manager on a Monday about their office filing my insurance improperly, and she never returned my call. Instead she sent me a rude letter. My insurance provider let me know this dental office was giving the insurance provider the wrong tax ID for their office. I just received a 2nd letter from my insurance provider, saying this dental office gave the wrong tax ID for their business FOR A SECOND TIME.

It has been 2 months since I went to this clinic, my insurance company would like to reimburse me 100% for the $1,000 I paid this office, but the office keeps incorrectly filing their information with my provider. They have never apologized to me for this.

I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.
