I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future.

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
