I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.


Never in my life have I completed a Survey that asked NOTHING BUT NEGATIVE Questions. It was almost as if I was steered by this website to respond in a negative manner. Everything written above was based on the questions asked in the survey and half of them were not even pertaining to Dentistry. Maybe the readers of this website should consider that the doctors and dentist who are getting positive reviews may be paying this website for their listings and the ones with negative reviews are not. A prime example of why you can't believe everything yopu read online!

No, their staff isn't organized at all

Somewhat, they eventually called me back
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Definitely not. It was way too cold

Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. Instead of examining my teeth thoroughly like they were supposed to, they only examined them for a few seconds. They should've taken the time to make sure they didn't miss anything. Not to mention I advised them way ahead of time I was switching from a different dentist I had used for many years. They took it upon themselves to do everyting and bill me extensively for it. I DO NOT recommend them at all to anyone.
