I have had a pleasant experience with my dental cleanings. I have been a patient about 15 years. They do a thorough job and explain how important regular home care is, flossing and brushing as well as demonstrating if I am having any bleeding gums. I feel as if I can keep my teeth my whole life because of regular check ups twice yearly.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
