This office is easy to find and the fees are very reasonable. The dentist is such a nice guy! I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a great dentist that is affordable and takes great care of his patients.

My family of four drives 25 minutes to visit this dentist even though we have numerous dentists within five minutes of our home in Oxford, MS. The staff and dentists are friendly and considerate. We started using this dentist primarily because the fees for procedures needed by our family (cleanings, fillings, and crown replacement) were so much lower than the fees charged by dentists in Oxford. However, we really appreciate that the staff and dentists have treated our family with kindness and consideration exceeding that which we've experienced at other dentists. Since all dentists do not charge standard customary fees per insurance carrier the way doctors do, and they charge any amount they choose, it's important to me to find a dentist that keeps fees reasonable. The dentists in Oxford are fine, but we prefer the small town treatment and lower cost of going to this dentist in Water Valley.

This office was aweful. They seemed nice up front, but only a few of the dental assistants were actually nice and helpful. The office was not clean and not just because everything is outdated. They do not tell you what the insurance pays for so that they can charge even more for something you don't need. The dentist didn't fill the cavities well at all and two came out the same day. I did not eat or drink anything for hours after the filling and they said I could as soon as I got home, but they were wrong. They OVERCHARGE you! This wasn't just me either. The insurance company said they do this often. It wasn't by a few dollars either. The insurance company had to call twice so far to correct them. They refuse that they would overcharge, but the paperwork doesn't lie. Pay only what insurance tells you to pay and not a penny more. Have your insurance company call them. I will never go there again. Worst dentist office I have ever been to.
