Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have excellent patient-centric customer service. They are extremely reliable.
