I've only seen Dr. Slattery once (new PT. visit w/ my aunt) but in that short time it became clear just how professional and caring she is. Not only were all our concerns addressed but at no point during the appointment did either my aunt or myself feel as though we were taking up too much of Dr. Slattery's time. Lastly I have to say that Dr. Slattery's demeanor was far from stuffy or dull - quite the opposite: her warm, approachable and good-humored affect made it even easier to communicate with her while simultaneously building a relationship founded on confidence and trust. I highly recommend Dr. Slattery - especially for any of those individuals who are 60+ years of age and in need of a caring and professional internal medicine specialist.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
