I was very impressed with how conveniently located this clinic is and how easy it is to park. It was easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The staff gave me very complete directions to the radiology center. Doctor V is available for emergency calls whenever the Clinic is open, even if he isn't on site. He was willing to return to the clinic after normal hours, just to make sure I was OK. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They made an appointment for me to return when my test results were back so they could clearly explain the results and make sure I understood. They didn't just leave a message on my answering machine. They have an impressive network of specalists who they can call and get me an immediate appointment. Dr. V. is an excellent diagnostician and has extremently well-trained Physician Assistants. I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The medical assistants are friendly and always take that extra step to make me feel special.

Had to make constant appts. Treated me like a cash register. I warned them about telling me 'why' I would need to come back again and again, and they were never really clear. Dr V rarely looked at me or explained to me what was going on, just usually jargon to his assistants. Put me through many unnecessary tests even when I told them over and over that I only wanted to be treated for the reason that I came there in the first place. They seemed to often do tests without being clear that they were not for those reasons, and then of course bill for them. The office is a joke, and looks like it is in the back of a shady barber shop. I felt dirty just sitting in there.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
