Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The receptionist is rude and unfriendly. A dentist needs a friendly dentist that smiles and right now they don't have one
